TruHeat
engineers and manufactures Refrigeration Defrost elements to exacting
standards. Quality materials are a large contributor to this standard.
TruHeat
makes use of, but is not limited to, 321 Stainless Steel in the non-submersible
defrost elements and Incoloy 840 in the submersible
applications.
The
TruHeat exclusive high-temperature pressure-plug moisture-seal® and
the neoprene leads on the cartridge heater elements, as well as the
injection molded terminal assemblies
on the tubular elements serve as impermeable moisture seals.
The
formability of tubular heating elements into virtually any shape,
along with
the option to manufacture heating elements up to 270 inches (22.5
feet)
in length, enables TruHeat to supply endless variations of defrost
heating elements.
Precision
tooled, computer controlled automatic bending machines allow quick
change-overs and lowered associated
costs to keep prices
as low
as possible.
Some
of the biggest and most well known names in Commercial Food Service
/ Refrigeration Industry have specified TruHeat elements
from day one
to present.
